The Italy manager has given his thoughts on his side’s Euro 2016 draw.
And how he feels to be facing Northern Ireland. The only problem is Italy will play The Republic of Ireland next summer in France.
Antonio Conte reportedly mixed up the two countries when giving his thoughts on the draw earlier this evening in Paris.
“Belgium are a great team with a lot of young attacking players and Sweden and Northern Ireland are also good teams,” the Azzurri manager reportedly said.
“Northern Ireland have a will to win and they bring that into their games.”
Italy manager Antonio Conte seems to think he has drawn Northern Ireland, not Republic, if flash mixed zone I/view is anything to go by!

Antonio Conte's reaction interview mentions Nortgern Ireland twice. Not sure if it was him or the translation.

It could’ve been that Conte was misquoted through translation, either way we’re sure he now knows for certain that he’ll be facing Martin O’Neill and not Michael O’Neil’s side next summer.
The Republic of Ireland will end their group campaign against the Azzurri in Lile on June 22nd, four days after playing Belgium in Bordeaux.
It all kicks off against Sweden on June 13th in Paris.
