United fans’ hopes of signing the Serbia international will have been significantly boosted are seeing Nemanja Matić’s latest Instagram post. The Man United midfielder uploaded two photos of himself and Milinković-Savić, one in the changing room and one of the pair on the pitch during a bit of handbags in Serbia’s first World Cup game against Costa Rica.
The caption is what will be getting United fans excited. United’s tough tackling midfielder wrote “together we are always stronger” alongside the pictures.
Some United fans believe Matić could be hinting that Milinković-Savić could be on his way to Old Trafford. If Milinković-Savić were to make the move, we will have seen a sneak peek of how they combine during this World Cup.
