The tactics truck driver is back.
Andy Townsend has been handed a massive chance to get back into football by the kind folk at Bolton Wanderers.
The 52-year-old former Republic of Ireland captain has been a guest on BBC 5 Live since his axing by ITV last season but now has been given a plum new job within actual football.
The former midfielder has been appointed as consultant at the Championship strugglers as they begin their search for a new manager to guide them out of League One.
The Championship bottom feeders are currently without a boss after Neil Lennon’s departure earlier this month.
Townsend is understood to be helping the club whittle down their preferred shortlist of 50 men to take over at the Macron stadium as they prepare for life in the third tier of English league football from next season.
But all we want to know is, if someone applies for the job, will they will be “too good” for the role.
And if the desired candidate has played for “your Chelseas or your Liverpools” Andy will be surely so impressed surely we’ll get to hear him say “that’s better” to the board.
