Simon Lloyd

Former Manchester United player Anderson has a new club.

And not just any new club, either: a new club willing to announce his signing with a fancy, no expense spared unveiling video. Using pictures of the Brazilian midfielder, a few explosions and some extremely dramatic music, Turkish second division club Adana Demirspor have confirmed Anderson will be plying his trade with them for the foreseeable future.

Here, feast your eyes on this…

Impressive stuff, we’re sure you’ll all agree.

A statement from the club soon followed, confirming the 30-year-old ‘world star’ had inked a three-year deal with his new club.

Anderson began his career with hometown club Grêmio and joined United in 2007 from Porto, remaining on the payroll at Old Trafford for eight seasons. He won the Premier League and Champions League in his first season in England but fell out of favour when Sir Alex Ferguson departed the club in 2013.

Following a loan spell in Serie A with Fiorentina, he eventually left United permanently to return to Brazil with Internacional in 2015. He later played for Coritiba.

He was capped by Brazil’s senior side during his time as a United player having also represented them at both Under 17 and Under 23 levels.
