After a dramatic finish to a thrilling match, the good people of Twitter weigh in their opinion
An 11th hour equaliser in injury time by Martin Skrtel salvaged a point for Liverpool against the Gunners. Brendan Rodgers’ side were dominant throughout the game, particularly in the first half. However, Arsenal fans will be disappointed that they let another lead slip late in a game.
Here’s how Twitter reacted to the result.
Couthino could get a yard in a phone box! 1-0!

Don't know how liverpool and arsenal are level at ht. That's football
— Wayne Rooney (@WayneRooney) December 21, 2014
You just knew Arsenal was going to concede last second. That's what they do. #LFC

27 – Arsenal today faced more shots than they have in any other Premier League game (Aug 2003-present). Bombarded.

Anfield & Emirates associates.
Defensive employees needed.
Send your CV to Mr Rodgers/Wenger respectively.

Well that last minute free header from a corner equaliser wasn't predictable at all

Nice to see that Brendan Rodgers can still rely on the support of former television weirdo Justin Lee Collins pic.twitter.com/MKE9zxwRSB

Borini sent off. Booked for throwing the ball away then kicks Cazorla. Brainless.
— Phil McNulty (@philmcnulty) December 21, 2014
Would've made Rodgers much happier if Borini had run out of Anfield in the summer as quick as he ran down the tunnel
— Aidan O'Hara (@oharaa) December 21, 2014
A fitting end to Borini's Liverpool career
— Michael Cox (@Zonal_Marking) December 21, 2014
That wasn’t the epic disaster I was expecting!!!!
— Ravi (@ravi_hiranand) December 21, 2014
Liverpool still can’t defend and Borini is an idiot. But hey, we look dangerous again. And we didn’t lose!!!!!!
— Ravi (@ravi_hiranand) December 21, 2014
Liverpool deserved the draw!
— Rio Ferdinand (@rioferdy5) December 21, 2014
Delighted for Liverpool, deserved that equalizer. They played really well. Rodgers will come good again #LFC

Hugely entertaining, insane game. Skrtel brought some sanity to scoreline. Liverpool resilient. Szczesny excellent. But those defences…
