The 24-year-old was filmed leaving the club's training ground where was approached by some young supporters. Mac Allister then surprised the fans by unrolling his window and showing them his World Cup medal.
To make their day even better, they were then given the opportunity to hold the medal before posing for pictures with one of their heroes.

Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are two of the names mentioned as well as Chelsea, which could mean a link up with former Brighton manager Graham Potter at Stamford Bridge.
However despite the speculation around his name beginning to intensify, Mac Allister is firmly focused on his work at Brighton.
"It was a good World Cup for this club and for the players who went to the World Cup. We know we’ve got a good team with really good players. This is a tough league, it will be hard, but we will try to finish as high as we can," he said.
