Adam Johnson has been found guilty of one charge of sexual activity with a child.
The jury at Bradford Crown Court returned the guilty verdict shortly after finding the former Sunderland midfielder not guilty on one earlier charge.
The 27 year old has been told he will almost certainly face a custodial sentence.
He was found guilty on a 10-2 majority. Johnson will be awarded bail while he awaits sentencing in 2-3 weeks.

The former England international footballer had earlier pleaded guilty to one charge of sexual activity with a child and one charge of grooming.
Adam Johnson was found not guilty of one count of sexual activity with a child, specifically that the girl performed oral sex on him.

The jury gave its verdict this afternoon following a trial which began on February 10th.
