AC Milan boss Sinisa Mihajlovic has finally lost his patience with Mario Balotelli

The exit's that way

It only took six months.

We suspect that not even the most patient person in the world could remain cool trying to deal with Mario Balotelli.

The on-loan Liverpool striker has frustrated some of the world’s top managers, and it seems that he can now add the current AC Milan boss to that ever-increasing list.

Sinisa Mihajlovic is in charge of the Rossoneri at present and, following an incident at the weekend, he appears to have thrown in the towel on the Liverpool striker’s career at the San Siro.

Balotelli is back in Serie A on loan, but in just two minutes on Sunday, as a late substitute, he appears to have burned all bridges with the former Serbian defender.

AC Milan were leading Genoa 2-0 in the dying stages when Balotelli was brought on for Carlos Bacca.

And during his brief time on the pitch Genoa scored to make for a nervy final few seconds.

Afterwards the former Lazio defender took aim at the striker for his laziness and hinted that his playing time is over at the club.

“We should’ve scored a third goal and not risked at the end. It is also my fault, as those who don’t sacrifice themselves for the team to the 94th minute will no longer set foot on the field.

“It wasn’t just Balotelli, there were another two or three as well as him, they know who I’m talking about.”

Balotelli has only played 11 times this season for Milan and scored twice, which indicates that he will most likely be Jurgen Klopp’s problem to deal with this summer.
