My sweet Lord
Never a man to miss a golden opportunity to sell a little piece of himself (or his soul) Nicklas Bendtner is now going into real estate.
The Danish striker has previously sold his arse to a betting company so their name could be emblazoned on his underpants, and for the last few years he’s liked to be called ‘Lord’ on social media. For no particular reason we can think of. Irony maybe.
Calling him ‘Lord’ on social media is in stark contrast to what Arsenal fans used to call him on his infrequent appearances at the Emirates in his time in London. He’s now plying his trade with Wolfsburg in Germany where his teammates will now be forced to refer to him with his proper title after a fantastic prank by a Scottish website.
According to a Danish newspaper Seogher it’s all come about after highlandtitles.com decided to present his agent with the deeds to the 30cmx 30cm piece of land and he accepted.
It’s a very exotic sounding place called Glencoe Wood in Keil Hill in the parish of Lismore. Hopefully he doesn’t turn up in Waterford some day looking for it.
The newspaper has even managed to get their hands on the document that totally looks legit and above board

Speaking on behalf of the striker his PR agent Elisa Lykke Ekstra Bladet said
‘We have seen it, and Nicklas think it’s a fun gimmick. We have asked to receive the order, so we are pleased that it supports a nature conservation area.’
How long before he tries to make money out of it by selling the naming rights for the rocks and stones on it?
