If there is a man in football who can hold a grudge, it is Martin O'Neill.
The former Ireland boss once again took a swipe at Keith Andrews in an interview with the Guardian.
O'Neill has held a grudge against the Brentford manager since Andrews' days as a pundit, when he was critical of the Ireland manager's negative tactics.
After Brentford's recent win over Aston Villa, O'Neill had a callback to this criticism, which you can view below.
Andrews has been asked in the past about his views on O'Neill's Ireland side, and he does not regret his analysis.
He said: 'My conscience would be very clean in terms of where that came from.
“Ireland was the only thing I supported as a kid growing up. I've already touched on it.
"Very patriotic, very passionate, very proud to be sat here as an Irish Premier League manager.
“So it came from, again, going back to the way I work, I studied the team, gave myopinion, and invariably you can't please people all of the time.
"And occasionally you do upset people, yeah, for sure."
In the Guardian interview, O'Neill made clear his personal distaste for Andrews.
He said: “Keith is not my favourite person because he was very critical of me in Ireland.
“The irony is that Brentford are using the long throw, which is not all that inventive because it’s been around for years.
“But take my irritants aside. He’s a young fellow coming in [to management] and it’s a great challenge because he’s taking over from a person whose character pervaded the football club.
“Thomas Frank was excellent and so it’s a strange and interesting dilemma for (Andrews). Do you want to change things straight away? Do you want to show your personality immediately?
“Or do you take your time, because the players do know you? But knowing you as a set-piece coach and then knowing you as a manager is a wee bit different.
“If you overcome those things, then you should be on the right path.”
