Video: Russian boxer shows great sportsmanship after brutally knocking out opponent

Rakhim Chakhkivev scored a legitimate contender for knockout of the year the other night, and showed extreme class afterwards.

The Russian broke through his opponent Valery Brudov's defense to land flush with a vicious left hook haymaker on square on the chin.

The thunderous haymaker instantly turned out his compatriot's lights and Brudov appeared to be unconscious before he hit the canvas.

There was some distress as Brudev lay limp on the ground for several moments after the bout ended but he eventually regained consciousness.

After being helped back to his feet, Chakhkivev walked with Brudev back to his corner and was seen consoling him after the tough loss.
