Roll on 26 August

One more week…

As the time goes by everyone is starting to believe a little bit more that Conor McGregor has a chance at beating Floyd Mayweather.

He’s the massive underdog and rightfully so, the Crumlin man has never competed professionally in the sport.

Whether it be the 29-year-old confidently predicting that he’ll knock out Floyd Mayweather in four rounds or the leaked sparring footage against Paulie Malignaggi the tide is turning.

Although the Conor McGregor camp is very careful with what is being shown to the public from the confines of their gym there is still great insight whether it be from his striking coach Owen Roddy vlogging their whole experience or the Mac Life and their access.

The latter released episode three of Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather where they have the best access to document McGregor’s training and build up to the super fight on 26 August.

Although no actual sparring footage is shown in the latest video for reasons that Dana White expressed in an interview during the week, the immediate aftermath is.

McGregor is left with his arms aloft in the air celebrating a great performance sparring with a round of applause from onlookers.

It certainly doesn’t look choreographed and the hug from his striking coach Owen Roddy seems genuine as he congratulates him.

The fight is set for next Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena.
