Safe to say that Conor McGregor came out as victor after Wednesday night’s press conference.
Floyd Mayweather refused to come to Dublin because he wanted neutral venues but little did he know that there is no such thing as a neutral venue when the Irish are fighting.
Toronto is one of the many hubs for Irish fans when they are living abroad or on the beloved J1.
So, when the two biggest fighters in the world rolled into town there was only going to be one crowd favourite and that was Conor McGregor.
The sheer number of Irish fans at the event was staggering in all honesty and renowned MMA journalist Ariel Helwani shared a video showing the masses of people in attendance and there was a lot of green out there.

The Dubliner will undoubtedly be the crowd favourite in both Brooklyn on Thursday and London on Friday.
