One belt, two belts, three belts, four.
Conor McGregor has been proudly showing off his new son, Conor Jr., ever since he was born last week and ‘The Notorious’ involved his new pride and joy on the day that he signed his “historic contract” to fight Floyd Mayweather.
The ball is in Mayweather’s court now, ahead of what will be the most lucrative fight in boxing history.
“Let’s go get some boxing ones now son,” McGregor wrote as a caption to the below photograph of his baby sat among the Irishman’s world titles.

While there’s no denying the adorable nature of the picture, fight fans noticed one interesting element.
McGregor’s followers noticed four UFC belts on the couch, which doesn’t quite add up.
‘The Notorious’ claimed his first UFC belt in 2015 when he became the interim UFC featherweight champion by stopping Chad Mendes.
The second strap arrived later that year with his famous 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo in a unification bout.
McGregor got his hands on belt number three when he moved up to lightweight and knocked out champion Eddie Alvarez last November.
But where did that fourth belt come from?
The below lot think they’ve figured it out.
Cast your mind back to UFC 205, when McGregor became the first fighter in UFC history to hold world titles in two different weight divisions at the same time.

The concurrent featherweight and lightweight champion at the time wanted to celebrate his feat by hoisting both belts into the New York City air but was disappointed to learn that there was no plan in place to allow him hold both belts at the same time.
The UFC panicked at the sight of their most reliable cash-cow voicing his dissatisfaction and an underling was sent backstage to collect a second belt, which just so happened to belong to UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley.
“For the record, I’m not supposed to bring his belt. He’s supposed to bring his belt,” UFC president Dana White said in the post-fight press conference.
I’m hearing that second belt given to Conor was actually Tyron Woodley’s belt, and the whispers are he’s NOT happy about it. #UFC205 #UFCNYC

“He’s yelling at me because I don’t have his belt and I’m like ‘No you’re supposed to bring your belt and I give you the new belt’.
“So we went back there and Tyron Woodley gave us his belt
“He got it back! He let us borrow his belt.”
Did Woodley really get it back? McGregor’s followers aren’t so sure.
@TheNotoriousMMA Why does he have 4? He hasn’t made any defenses of either belt
