Eric Molina lasted all of three rounds (just about) before he was knocked out by Anthony Joshua.
Moments after a mostly facile, one-way fight, the biggest story of the night broke – Joshua will take on Wladimir Klitschko in a gigantic bout next April.

Eddie Hearn made the announcement by bringing Klitschko into the ring as the soundly Molina was being escorted out. The Ukranian said:
“He is the best man in the division and I believe this excitement speaks for itself. This is what the fans want and this fight must happen.
“I’ve been doing this 26 years and have a lot of knowledge which will help me in the ring.”
Joshua made a joke about the O2 Arena but was happy with the switch to Wembley Stadium and a potential 80,000 crowd in attendance. Joshua commented:
“This is the step up people have wanted. Klitschko wants his belts back, may the best man win. I focus on myself, that’s how I beat Wladimir Klitschko.”
As for the fight that proceeded it, Molina barely threw a shot until he was sparked out.
