Named your offspring after your football idol? You're certainly not alone.

The countdown to the Europa League Final is well and truly on, and with the fixture making its glorious and long-awaited return to our shores, excitement is particularly high.

To celebrate, we’ve partnered with Heineken 0.0 to send two die-hard fans to this year’s final.

It's not simply good enough to wear your team's colours with pride. No, we want to find the sport's most dedicated fans.

We're talking the supporters that name their pets after their favourite strikers. The fans who set up shrines to their football heroes in their home. The fans who will walk down the aisle to You'll Never Walk Alone. The diehards who have 'Come On You Irons' inked on their bodies forever. Whatever quirky way you show your support, we want to hear it. We particularly want to hear from football's greatest fans, the fans who help create positive atmospheres at stadiums, the fans who know that football is for everyone and the fans who champion team spirit.

If this sounds familiar, we want to hear from you. For your chance to win a pair of tickets to the Europa League Final in Dublin on Wednesday 22 May, fill out the form below and tell us why you're a hardcore fan. Good luck!
